This video documents the creation of the acrylic painting “Goethe”, which was worked exclusively using the palette knife technique on canvas. The depiction is inspired by the famous poet and thinker Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, whose characteristic facial features are interpreted in a modern, expressive color scheme.
